Do you want to return a product? That's fine, in most cases. If the product was not opened and used yet, you can ship it back to us within 14 days after arrival at your own cost, unless it was bought from a groupbuy project. However, if the product broke within the warranty term, or was already broken upon arrival, you can contact us for a replacement or refund. Prior to shipping a product back, you should contact us for all details you might need. This also allows us to keep an eye on the tracking page of your shipment.
